Due to large number of tutors, Gradtutors.my will not be able to keep track of all content posted by tutors. These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Malaysia. Users hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.

As an education web portal, Gradtutors.my understands the importance of privacy of our visitors and customers. We will never sell your email addresses, phone numbers to 3rd parties or send spam emails to you.

Gradtutors may collect personally identifiable information through form registration. Such information is provided by customers and tutors who have visited our website and voluntarily requested for our service.

All information collected by Gradtutors is used for private tuition matching purpose. If needed, our coordinator may provide your personal information privately to potential customers [tutors or students]. We will never broadcast your contact details to anybody.

3) Display of tutor profiles

For registered tutors, we may publish your profile in various ways:
a) Selected tutors may be featured on the homepage
b) All tutor profiles are searchable and categorized in "Tutor Directory"

*However, tutors can always choose to remain anonymous and protect your online identity by displaying a username on the profile instead. This privacy setting can be adjusted in the "Account Settings" page. Tutors with username displayed can choose to hide his/her real name.

4) Security Measures

Your gradtutors account is password protected. We take every precaution to protect our users' information. Please be assured that your password and submitted information are securely stored in our database.

5) Scope of coverage

This site may link to other sites whose privacy policy may differ from ours. We shall not be responsible for the content and privacy practices of these other web sites. Please also refer to this page often for updated information about our privacy practice.
